Slither(2006 / R)
I'm such a lazy bastard! I just finished directly pasting the plot description of "Wild Zero" directly from Wikipedia, and I'm about to paste the plot description for Slither from IMDB.com right here! If I hadn't procrastinated like 4 months in writing this review I would't have to do this I know! But I'm just so damned good at procratinating!
A small town is taken over by an alien plague, turning residents into zombies and all forms of mutant monsters.
So there's your basic plot description for the movie. But I'll give you some more, it's the least you deserve... actually fuck you, I'll do what I want. All I feel like saying is that Michael Rooker is in this movie (which is awesome) and the movie is seriously gross! I mean physically gross, disgusting, kinda makes you wanna gag at points...that kind of gross. While the plot is not overly original I have to give the film credit where credit is due. This was intended as a gross-out film and it succeeded 100%. It's also a fairly funny film as well.
I recommend that you see this film, but not while eating dinner. Bon Appetite!
