The movie`s description never sounded all that great to me...but being a Sam Raimi fan I knew I`d have to give it a shot. I was not dissapointed. Sam Raimi gives the film his typical dash of dark/slapstick humor and there are even Evil Dead-like demons in the movie. The ending perhaps surprised me the most as I was expecting one thing (clever me thought I had the twist figured out) but got something just left of center enough to be a surprise. The movie ended in a pretty ballsy (non-Hollywood) manner. This is a must see for any horror fan out there. I just wish Raimi would come back to this genre more often!
